The Mobile Cold Feed 2, 3, or 4 Bin System from PavementGroup is a trailer mounted unit with multiple bin system configurations and other customizable options are available.

  • 2, 3, or 4 bin blending hopper
  • Belt feeders, 30-in.-wide roller, with 5-hp fixed speed electric motor drives
  • Skirtboards, full length
  • Conveyor belting, three-ply vulcanized, endless conveyor
  • Discharge gate to control material flow
  • Collecting conveyor, 36 in. wide, with 10-hp electric motor drive; extends 9 ft. 6 in. beyond bins
  • Electric motor control panel
  • Wiring with variable speed drives for belt feeders and collecting conveyor
  • Single axle portable chassis, brakes, lights, mud flaps and 5th wheel pin
