The Weiler P275 paver is engineered and built to exceed the demands of commercial paving by incorporating proven Weiler designs with new innovations to provide performance, reliability and outstanding mat quality in a wide range of applications.
The P275 features a Cat C2.8 Tier 4F/Stage V engine with 74 hp providing power and performance. The durable undercarriage features a 72” track length, 52” of ground contact and 12” poly track pads providing a smooth ride and excellent flotation with automatic track tensioning.
Material delivery is provided by heavy duty chains powered by a modular conveyor drive system with a sealed chain case featuring a hydraulic motor with heavy duty bearings and remote grease lines. Augers and conveyors operate independently with sonic sensors and are reversible. Dual, under auger cutoff doors optimize material management.
The Weiler designed 2,100 lb screed features a paving range of 8’ to 14’, electric screed heat, dual folding walkways and the adjustability to maximize mat quality. Hydraulic tow points and heated end gates are optional.
The P275 features dual side operation with a sliding control panel with dual joysticks or steering wheel control. Left and right side panels provide controls for feeder system and screed functions. A full color display provides machine conditions and diagnostics.
