Giatec announced several updates to its SmartMix platform at its annual Concrete Tech Summit, introducing new tools focused on improving access to production and quality data for ready-mix concrete operations.
The updates include an AI-based connector that allows users to query production data using natural language through AI tools, as well as a new analytics feature designed to turn operational data into reports and dashboards. The system can pull information from mix designs, batch records and quality control data.
A single sign-on option has also been added to streamline platform access and simplify user management.
The new features aim to address a common challenge for concrete producers: large volumes of data that are difficult to access and use in day-to-day decision-making.
