Mack Trucks has launched a new digital driver guide designed to give operators faster access to vehicle information and training resources.
The Mack Digital Driver Guide is available online and through a new mobile app, available for both iPhone and Android. The app allows drivers to access chassis-specific details by entering the last six digits of a vehicle’s VIN. The tool is currently available for the Mack Pioneer and Mack Anthem, with additional models expected to be added over time.
The guide includes information on vehicle systems, maintenance and operation, along with features such as keyword search, interactive visuals and short training videos. Content is organized into sections covering topics like driving tips, system overviews and getting started with the truck.
The platform is available in English, Spanish and Canadian French and will also support export models.
An in-cab version integrated into the truck’s infotainment system is expected in the third quarter of 2026, with updates delivered over the air to existing vehicles.
