The Power of Portability
All components of the Journeyman are mounted on a trailer that doesn’t require any special permitting to haul per DOT (USA/North America) regulations. Move it to the pave site and position it at the staging area alongside materials.
Easy Does It
After an easy and intuitive setup, the Journeyman is ready to get to work. The pugmill blends all input streams including virgin aggregate or Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) with water, asphalt binder (emulsion), and other materials into your precise ambient mix.
Controlled Consistency
Our proprietary EMCADS (Electronic Mix Control And Diagnostics System) Pro control system regulates your usage ratios automatically to stick to the mix design. Ongoing monitoring helps ensure a consistent mix from start to finish and saves all data for reference later.
