MB Crusher introduces two new compact models of shaft screeners, the MB-HDS207 and the MB-HDS212. These smaller, lighter weight yet durable attachments feature a new design shaped to resemble a digging bucket, which maximizes digging performance and productivity even on smaller, complex jobsites in urban, landscaping and even gardening applications.
The MB-HDS207 weighs just 216 lbs. and is compatible with mini-excavators with operating weights from 2,866 to 6,173 lbs. Its larger sibling, the MB-HDS212, weighs 1,058 lbs. and can be used on midi-excavators and backhoe-loaders from 11,023 to 22,046 lbs. and on skid-steer and other loaders from 8,818 to 11,023 lbs.
Designed for simplicity, the coupler connection on these models is shorter and in a lower, centralized position to optimize loading and sorting operations, providing greater maneuverability and control while reducing potential frame wear. The shaft screeners also feature a sealed cover designed to withstand long-term use and shield vital components from ingress of materials such as dirt and sand, as well as protect the bolts and side casings.
