Mack Trucks has named Guillaume Giroudon vice president and general manager at Lehigh Valley Operations (LVO) in Macungie, Pennsylvania, where all Class 8 Mack trucks are assembled. He succeeds Gunnar Brunius, who now leads digital manufacturing for Volvo Group.
Giroudon oversees the assembly of all Class 8 Mack vehicles for North America and export markets. He joined Volvo Group in 2004 in electrical purchasing and has held multiple roles in logistics and procurement. Most recently, he served as vice president of logistics for Volvo Group North America, managing 100 staff across six sites and coordinating deliveries from roughly 1,000 domestic and international suppliers to 10 production facilities and distribution centers.
He holds an MBA with a concentration in supply chain from EM Lyon in France. Giroudon resides in Allentown with his wife and two children.
