[VIDEO] Renters' Review 2017 - Can You Dig It?

In this installment of Renters' Review, we rented a compact excavator to dig a pond. While the machine appeared new and performed perfectly, there are few important things the rental company could have done differently.

Every year, our annual Renters' Review feature takes us to a new outlet to rent a machine, use it and report on the rental experience. This year, we rented a Bobcat E35 compact excavator to dig a pond in a residential yard and the results were interesting.

While customer service was friendly and the machine performed perfectly, the rental company could have done some things differently for a top grade.
