The skid-steer-mounted NiCAT mixer from Pavement Technologies International Corp. allows you to reheat prepackaged 50-lb. bags of DOT- or FAA-approved mix containing pelletized asphalt. Designed for the U.S. Air Force, the system is now commercially available for permanent pothole patching on airports, roads and highways, as well as for parking lot and driveway repairs.
