The new Powerscreen Warrior 2100 screen features triple-shaft technology and is suited for sticky applications.

• Amplitudes and accelerations of 16mm and 6g respectively
• Media solutions include bofor grizzly, finger modules, punch plate and new 3D punch plate for scalping, screening and recycling
• Adjustable speed, stroke and timing further enhances versatility and performance in recycling, biomass and aggregates
• Conveyors feature a chassis riser and telescopic side conveyor option, a class-leading screen box raise function, and unique ability to raise the collection conveyor
• Chute design with feeder under-tray slide-out minimizes spillage and material build-up around the machine
• Long tail conveyor feeds a secondary plant without benching in almost all applications
• Other features include reduced set-up and shut-down times, reduced fuel consumption with 1,800 rpm running speed and enhanced hydraulics, and two-speed tracking with automatic high-speed engine ramping
