MENOMONEE FALLS, WI - Wacker Neuson now offers a new line of six compact wheel loaders to the US market. The lineup includes four articulated units and two all-wheel-steer models to offer customers one of the most complete lines of compact wheel loaders available anywhere. These new machines are designed to deliver professional performance and some are being positioned as excellent alternatives to skid loaders in the landscape, rental and contractor markets.

Included in the line is the WL 18, a unit with an operating weight of 1.8 metric-tons that boasts enough power to safely lift 1,640 pounds at full articulation with a standard bucket capacity of 0.26 cubic yards. Featuring a ROPS or canopy work platform it can travel at speeds up to 9.5 mph and is powered by a 3-cylinder Perkins diesel engine that delivers 25 horsepower at 2800 rpms.

The WL 25, with a 2.5 metric ton operating weight features a fully articulated tipping capacity of over 2,950 pounds when using the standard 0.46 cubic yard bucket. The WL 25 features a cab-sheltered work platform with an excellent visibility, and its articulated steering delivers unmatched maneuverability with plenty of power from its 4-cylinder Perkins diesel that puts out 33 horsepower at 2800 rpms.

The 3.0 metric-ton member of the line is the WL 30 compact wheel loader with a straight load capacity of 4,437 pounds and a fully articulated tipping capacity of 3,647 pounds when using a standard 0.59 cubic yard bucket. It is powered by a 4-cylinder, 48 horsepower Perkins diesel. As with all four of our compact articulated wheel loaders, the new WL 30 features a side-tilting operator's platform that provides easy access to the engine and other components. This unit features a cab or canopy work platform.

The newest model WL 50 rounds out the articulated line of compact wheel loaders from Wacker Neuson. This 5.0 metric- ton machine is the most powerful in the articulated line with a straight load capacity of 6,870 pounds and fully articulated tipping capacity of 5,608 pounds using a standard 1.0 cubic yard bucket. Power comes from a 4-cylinder, 75 horsepower turbo charged Deutz diesel engine.
